What is your nationality?
How old are you?
Tell us a little about yourself, profession, hobbies and other games you play, ect.
I'm student, like go out having fun with friends, play games (wow, H1Z1, League) and train.
What class & spec will you be playing?
I play Subtlety with combat for AOE encounters.
Would you mind playing with another spec if asked to? Or a certain encounter demands it?
Not at all, I play what the guild needs for progression.
What is your experience in WoW or other games? You can include as much as you want here.
I started playing in Wod, but i learn games fast and I think im a good rogue player.
7/7 Heroic 6/7 Mythic Highmaul
10/10 Heroic 1/10 Mythic Blackrock Foundry
13/13 Normal 9/13 Heroic Hellfire Citadel (With Archimonde kill)
What Item level/gear level is the character you are applying with currently sitting at and how are you trying to improve your damage/healing/mitigation?
I'm 702 Subtlety and 703 combat rogue. I'm trying to improve everyday, i watch alot of videos, read forums, and discuss with my rogue friends, I trying to find a playstyle that fits me.
Give a brief list of any addons and keybinds you use while raiding.
I use DBM ( can switch to Bigwigs), Weakauras ( my best friend, for debuffs/buffs/CDs/ect), bartender 4, Omen Threat meter, Exorsus Raid tool, Skada and Iskar assist ( I don't personally like this addon, bu my last guild liked it, i perfer macro my action bar)
Give a brief run down of your rotation/priority and your specs current stat priority. E.g Spirit(3000) > Haste (12.5%) > Mastery = Crit.
Step 1: Stealth and Premeditation @10 seconds countdown. Step 2: Tricks of the Trade Main Tank. ( 6-5 sec before pull) Step 3: Prepot. Step 4: Pop Slice and Dice 1 and half second before pull. Step 5: Ambush Step 6: Hemorrhage. Step 7: Ambush(Subterfuge)/Backstab (if talented Shadow Focus). Pool some energy before CDs. Step 8: Pop Shadow Reflection (together with other on use buffs like trinkets or racials). Step 9: Rupture (can be applied instantly because previous step is not on global cooldown). Step 10: Shadow Dance Step 11: Begin Ambush/Eviscerate spam (still refresh Rupture if necessary). Step 12: Continue with standard rotation.
Keep Rupture up at all cost (5cp)
Then slice and dice with (5cp)
Building Cp with our main builder backstab, only use hemorrhage to keep the dot up(or if I can't attack for back), and Ambush prioritze over backstab because of Find Weakness debuff we want to keep up as much as possible.
Stats: Agility -> Multistrike( Because of Sinister calling, 5% more from all soruces AND when we multistrike with backstab or Ambush our dots tick faster)-> Mastery -> Crit -> Versatility -> Haste
Only use it for AOE, then Blade Flurry is my main Dmg.
Keeping Slice and dice up all the time (5cp) refresh when under 10sec, keep revealing strike up, useing killing spree on CD, then Adrenaline Rush after, because of Ruthlessness passive, finisher moves reduce CD on Killing Spree/Adrenaline Rush with 2sec each Cp, 5cp = 10sec and 20% for 25 energy refresh.
Stats Multistrike ( Beacuse I only use it for AOE, then multistrike is better then haste) -> Haste -> Mastery -> Crit -> Versatility
Wiping is an essential part of PvE content whether its raiding, challenge modes, dungeoning and the likes. Can you handle in excess of 200-300 wipes on end game content? Also in that can you take constructive criticism?
I can handle wipes, it's a part of the game, the feeling you getting after killing a boss that you wiped 200 times on is amazing.
Why are you interested in Perplexity?
Looks like a serious guild with alot of progression.
How did you find out about Perplexity?
Found you on wowprogress, and saw you needed a rogue.
What do you expect from us?
Focused/prepared raider (Flask/pot/runes/food/Gemmed/enchants/tatctics), friendly and chill teamspeak and friendly raiders.
We have a very competitive community always striving for the best in their chosen class/spec. A lot of our group comps for progression are based on the best of the best though we try not to bench. Are you actively researching and keeping up to date with your class? And can you handle competition?
I'm trying to keep myself 100% updated, I know I can always getting better a stuff. I'm trying new rotations, enchants and see whats fits me, and what I prefore best with.
Do you have any notable Achievements/Titles in PvE content?
Got all WOD curves (Imp, Blackhand and Archimonde)
In your opinion what are the strengths and weaknesses of your class?
Strength with rogue is the mobility and survivabilty. Rogues basicly do all the shit jobs, On Eks. Xhul'Horac, you use rogues too clear the fire, because they are fast with sprint/burst of speed, they take less damage with FEINT, and rouges can also reset the debuff with cloak. And on Kormrok they are used to clear explosvie runes, because of the mobility. Rogues weakness is that they are not the strongest melee dps, and rogues dont have alot of raid CD's, we have smoke bomb, it's not bad, but it's not good either. Rogues biggest problem is that other melee dps is just doing more dps then them.
Is your computer capable of handling 20/30 man content without major issues and is your internet connection stable?
I have a good computer and can raid with 30 man, and my internet connection will not be a problem.
Anything else you would like to add to complete your application?
I'm a nice/chill guys who like to just talk and chill on teamspeak without raiding too. I also play other games, like League of legends, H1Z1, Counter strike and much more. And if you guys have questions or just need to talk to me, contact me on battle.net or write here.
Tell us a joke! The filthier the better!
I asked my grandma if she had ever tried 69. She said, "No, but I have done 53 -- that's all the sailors I could screw in one night.
